Step 1:

At the beginning, we will ask you to present your idea, vision and requirements to us, and to share the most important information with us using the contact form that can be found in the Contact tab. A project containing information about your idea can be prepared by you in advance or we can develop a clear outline of it together.

Step 2: Live Meeting
To create something wonderful together, it's best to work together, so we would like to invite you to a meeting with our representative, where you will present your vision. This meeting will help both sides to better develop both the product and your brand. At this meeting, we will be happy to answer any questions bothering you about our cooperation with the line of cosmetic products. The purpose of the meeting is to thoroughly analyze your idea for a product, which we will create together so that we can develop its formula. After the meeting, each customer will receive a detailed product description with all details in the form of a document.
Step 3:
Developing a formula
Based on a jointly developed concept and your requirements, we create an innovative and unique product that meets all EU directives. Together with you, we will select the raw materials and ingredients suitable for your cosmetic product. The selection of active substances and ingredients has a decisive influence on the final product, both in terms of its effectiveness and its durability. That is why we only use the services of trusted suppliers. We work with reputable partners who have been world leaders in their field for many years. We obtain active ingredients thanks to partner companies from Switzerland, France and Germany, thanks to which we can guarantee the highest quality.
Step 4: Quality Control
Quality plays the most important role in the cosmetics industry. For this reason, we check the stability of each formulation after it has been developed, even before we send out the first samples.
In particular, we check the stability of the product at low temperatures (5 degrees Celsius) and high temperatures (40 degrees Celsius).
Step 5:
Preliminary versions of cosmetic products
After the inspection, our team will send you samples of preparations, from which you will be able to choose the version that is right for you. We usually ship from 3 to 5 selected trial versions. Then you can test them and give us your comments about the color, texture, feel and smell. You can make adjustments to the formula as needed.
If after this stage you are satisfied with the recipe, we carry out further stability tests in the selected packaging and microbiological tests. These tests comply with the guidelines of DIN ISO 11930, i.e. the reference method for testing the maintenance of cosmetic preparations or the so-called the stress test according to the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur. 5.1.3). The last step in developing the preparation is to prepare an assessment of its safety by external partners.
